Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

1.0 Before initiating a refund request, please carefully review the following declaration. By requesting a refund, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.1 To initiate a refund, you must submit our refund form here

1.2 We strive to provide you with high quality working information for your next gender of choice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

1.3 We cannot and will not refund before your baby has been born, if you think you have made the opposite gender or if you are unlucky enough to lose your baby.

1.4 All refunds will only be made on the receipt of a birth certificate and/or death certificate.

1.5 Refunds must be submitted after your full term pregnancy or within the first 8 weeks of life. Out of this timeframe the request for a refund will not be accepted. 

1.6 We do not accept scans or ultrasound as evidence of the incorrect gender.

Eligibility for Refunds: 

2.0 The Customer must meet the specific criteria stated in the refund policy to qualify for a refund

2.1 Refunds are available for eligible customers who have purchased baby boy guidance and indeed produced a baby girl or purchased baby girl guidance and indeed produced a baby boy. You feel you have followed our steps thoroughly and this has not resulted in the gender of your purchased guidance, then you qualify for a refund. We do not accept scans or ultrasound as evidence of the incorrect gender.

2.2 Refunds are also available for eligible customers, if; you happen to lose your child from 20 weeks onwards; for any reason or your child dies within the first 30 days of birth, for any reason.

2.3 A birth certificate and a death certificate of the child is needed once born/passed in order for us to process this goodwill refund. We do not accept scans or ultrasound as evidence of the incorrect gender.

2.4 To be eligible for a refund in general, you must meet the following conditions: The refund request must be made within the specified timeframe, which is after the baby is born but before it is 8 weeks old. We do not accept scans or ultrasound as evidence of the incorrect gender.

2.5 Refunds are strictly limited to the purchase price paid to Natural Gender Selection, excluding any shipping or handling charges, credit card fees, exchange rate fees and all other added fees, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Process:

3.0 To request a refund, the Customer must follow the procedure stated in the Seller's refund policy above. 

3.1 The Seller reserves the right to verify and validate refund requests before processing them.

3.2 A birth certificate of the child is needed once born to cross reference what you have purchased vs what you have produced at birth. 

3.3 If you are unlucky enough to lose your baby at any stage from 20 weeks, or your child dies within the first 30 days of birth, out of goodwill we will also refund your funds you have paid us. We will not refund without a birth or death certificate.

3.4 A birth certificate and a death certificate of the child is needed once born/passed to request this goodwill refund. 

3.5 We do not accept scans or ultrasound as evidence of the incorrect gender.

3.6 You can also opt in for your refund to be given to a charity of your choice or our selected charities.

Refund Method:

4.0 Refunds are processed / reversed to the way it was paid. For example, if you paid with a credit card, we reverse the payment to the same card. If this credit card is expired we will reach out to you for a bank account number for a direct deposit refund.

4.1 If you have paid another way, such as paypal, we will reverse the payment or reach out to you for a bank account number for a direct deposit.

Refund Timeframe:

5.0 The time required to process a refund may vary depending on factors such as the payment method, banking processes, and any additional verification required. 

5.1 The Seller will make reasonable efforts to process the refund promptly, but cannot guarantee specific timelines

5.2 We will aim for a 14 day (working days) turn around on the refund process for the funds to be refunded but there can be factors with influence this delay. We will notify you via email, if this is the case.  

Refund Communication:

6.0 We will communicate with the Customer / you regarding the refund status using the contact information provided on the refund submission form.

6.1 It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided contact information is accurate and up to date.

6.2 By proceeding with a refund request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this declaration.

Modifications to the Refund Policy: 

7.0 We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. 

7.1 Any changes or updates to the refund policy will be effective immediately
